To run a search for Donors you must log in using your ID number and email address.Once you have chosen your donor we will receive notification by automatic email. Please note that you cannot commence with the programme until you have paid for your chosen price plan in full. Payment should be made by cheque made payable to The Fertility Group, with your ID number on the back, and sent to The Fertility Group, Unit 1 Wrotham Business Park, Great North Road, Barnet, EN5 4SB.
