How to use the service

Simply complete the request form on line info@fertility4life.com. We offer two separate packages to choose from; full health screening or individually requested testing. You simply advise which of these tests you require.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using the paypal system or alternatively send in a cheque to The Fertility Group Plc, Unit 1 Wrotham Business Park, Great North Road, Barnet, EN5 4SB.

What happens next?

Once you have made your request and paid you will be sent a kit for your testing , this can be either taken to your GP to draw your blood or we can arrange a private clinic appointment for you.

What's the Turnaround Time?
