www.fertility4life.com is purely an introduction agency. It does not provide any other services than introductions, putting like-minded individuals and organisations in touch with each other.
Any monies charged by fertility4life.com are charged for the service of introducing and for both parties using our infrastructure as a means of being introduced.
Any agreements reached between the two parties once the introductions have taken place will not be subject to any agreement made with www.fertility4life.com and is entirely something between the two parties who have been introduced. There is no connection or gain between the donor and www.fertility4life.com.
The company reserves the right to alter the content of each package at any point without notification
The company furthermore reserves the right to refuse the use of the service to any person should the fall outside the set criteria laid down in its ethical policy.
The company can at any time alter the prices of each item provided within its service without notification
The company will at all times reserve the right to change text alter any or all of its products in order to update the use of the service.
www.fertility4life.com is purely an introduction agency and not an intermediary for any illegal act that may occur. We have provided an introduction service that will enable us to contact like-minded people and donors; any agreement reached between the donor and ourselves is purely on the basis that it will not be a commercial act.
www.fertility4life.com reserves the right to reject registration applications from any donor or recipient couple, or to remove registrations at any time without providing reason or justification.
www.fertility4life.com has provided the opportunity and acted as an introducer. Our registration fee and introduction fee are purely for introducing the two parties and therefore do not hold the company its employees or founders responsible for any agreements reached between the donor and ourselves.
Despite this intensive screening and quarantine process, www.fertility4life.com cannot guarantee that donor sperm is free of infectious or genetic disease. The inherent, though minimal, inaccuracies of many laboratory tests do not allow exclusion of such risks, even when a test has been performed. However, the repetitive and strict nature of the process is intended to produce the safest product possible.
www.fertility4life.com uses its best efforts to protect the anonymity of both recipients and donors. All records of successful conceptions are kept "off line" and are destroyed by www.fertility4life.com Despite these precautions, www.fertility4life.com cannot entirely guarantee the anonymity of recipients or donors. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the parties expressly agree as follows; 1. Donors agree to have no claim whatsoever on any child born as a result of the usage of their sperm ("The Child"). Such claims include but are not limited to rights of custody, visiting rights and /or rights to financial compensation. 2. Recipients agree to have no claim whatsoever on the Donor as a result of the usage of their sperm in the conception of a child. Such claims include but are not limited to rights to any financial compensation or maintenance and rights of demand in any way over the Donor's participation in the upbringing of The Child.

The following guidelines govern the use of the bulletin boards made available on www.fertility4life.com: The bulletin boards are intended as an information service, and are not designed as a means to advertise a commercial or non-commercial service or for commercial gain. Soliciting other Recipients and or Donors is strictly prohibited. Content posted to a bulletin board may be removed by www.fertility4life.com in its sole discretion. Impersonation of any other person, whether actual or fictitious, and the use of a fictitious name is not permitted. The bulletin boards may not be used to post any material which is false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law.
By posting any information, photographs or other content on any bulletin board or any other "public area" of www.fertility4life.com, or by providing any information, photographs or other content to www.fertility4life.com for the purpose of it being posted on the site, you grant www.fertility4life.com the right to use, reproduce and modify the information, photographs or other content and to display it worldwide and incorporate it in other works in any form with or without attribution.
www.fertility4life.com does not guarantee the security of its e-mail link services. It is recommended that you do not send any e-mail that you would not want to be public knowledge. You agree not to use www.fertility4life.com e-mail accounts to send unsolicited e-mail to others. www.fertility4life.com reserves the right to terminate e-mail link services at any time for any reason. www.fertility4life.com assumes no responsibility for the e-mail link services.
www.fertility4life.com reserves the right to reject any Donor application. Donor applications will automatically be rejected where the following are found to be true: 1) Abusive or derogatory comments are found in the registration form, 2) Identifying details are found anywhere within the Registration form except where specifically requested, 3) Pornographic pictures of any kind are uploaded onto the website 4) Failure to provide valid identification on request. Any information that is found to be false or inaccurate, the Donor will automatically be removed from the database. Donors will fail acceptance upon confirmation of the following medical conditions: Heart disease, Auto immune, HIV and any Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Donors may be asked to undergo additional testing at the request of the Recipient www.fertility4life.com will notify the Donor in writing that they will no longer be able to participate in the service where they are found to fail any facet of the mandatory testing. Equally, should a Donor refuse any aspect of the mandatory testing, they will be removed from the database.
The company does not offer refunds except in extreme cases which are infertility, incapacity or mental illness. In these cases the amounts to be will be refunded are explained below. The company has a policy of not making refunds to people who simply decide that they do not wish to proceed, the company will simply hold that money and it can then be redeemed against any of the companies services or used for clinical treatment at any of our partner clinics, the time limit is two years. With all packages if the happy event of conception takes place the remaining donations will be held on credit for the duration of one year, we do not make refunds on unused donations. Please be aware that you could be subject to Donor retesting if you have used all the testing included in your package.
In cases where the recipient has just commenced a programme and is subject to any of the conditions listed previously, 25% will be deducted as an administration fee. We will also deduct cost for testing and the welcome pack received, any donor ampoules that have been purchased and any sundries. The total amount of the above will then be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be remitted upon written acceptance of the refund.
In cases where the recipient has been a programme for more than two months the administration fee is 40% less testing and sundries these amounts are then again taken from the amount paid and upon written acceptance of the amount the refund will be made.
Where a recipient has purchased a frozen sperm packages the ampoules they have purchased are there property, in the event that they do not wish to use these samples the company will require a written consent to dispose of them on the behalf of the client, we will make a charge of 35% of the total cost of the package for the re-sale and will make a refund on the basis that the amounts will be deducted less any costs incurred.
* Any medical condition will require a report and testing being carried out through our own doctors and laboratories and will also require a letter from your own doctor confirming his or her diagnosis.
